You can quickly get started using the Join2Meet application by choosing the Quick-Start Meeting option from your Control Panel once you login to the application. This will start in one step a meeting for you with default settings, which you can later change during the course of the meeting.

You can control sharing of your desktop using the corresponding links on the main presentation area.

You can share documents with participants in the meeting through the Documents tab.

You can start a discussion thread or answer to participant comments in the Discussions area.

You may at any point change the meeting settings and invite participants to this meeting through the Settings tab.

You can share control of your screen or switch presenter roles with the participants in your meeting through the corresponding controls in the participants grid.

You can annotate your screen with shapes, arrows and text to draw the participants attention to certain parts of your presentation.

You can view participant geographic locations in the Locations tab.

View previous meetings history by following the List of Meetings link on the Control Panel.

You can schedule a meeting to be taking place in the future following the Schedule a Meeting link on the Control Panel.

You can change your account settings , like your registered name, email and password through the My Account Settings link on the Control Panel
